This report is a contribution to the building of capacity in Transboundary Water Resources Management (TWRM) in Southeastern Europe. It is prepared within the framework of the Petersberg Process Phase II / Athens Declaration Process. It studies, analyses and assesses the situation regarding the three major shared Lakes in the SEE region: Prespa, Ohrid and Shkoder.
