Objective: Reforming the rural water supply system in Crimea based on lessons learned from 83 community-based interventions piloting alternative public service delivery mechanisms in the water sector. Realizing the effectiveness of these systems, the Government of Crimea has requested UNDP to assist in reforming the rural water supply system in Crimea. This will include an assessment of the current system, institutional changes, capacity-building, introduction of alternative service delivery mechanisms, changes of the regulatory framework etc. | |
