Background & Experience :	Mrs. Natalia Alexeeva is UNDP/GEF Project Manager of the Regional project "Development and implementation of the Lake Peipsi/Chudskoe Basin Management Program" since January 2003. She gained her MSc in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Central European University, Budapest, and currently finishing PhD dissertation at St.Petersburg State University in the field of Environmental Security and Sustainable Development. Major interests are transboundary water management and public participation.
