Description

This is a six month fund project as a second step for the improvement of water and sanitation management in Moreno. This proposal was encouraged and evaluated by all the stakeholders that agreed on the fact that they have all gained from this strategic partnership and would like to continue building a formal institution called “Local Water Authority”.
