Description
The project intends to pilot a model of tripartite partnership to improve access to safe water coverage to urban poor communities. It is geared towards the creation of an enabling environment for prospective multi-partnership in the form of innovative schemes and modalities of a pro-poor water and sanitation delivery system. At the local level, it aims to pilot a workable model of providing sustainable water supply to urban poor communities through a partnership among public and private sectors and the communities
