Description

Overall objective of the project: The project's overall objective was to facilitate access to drinking water and sanitation in the area of Djirnda

Specific objectives: ? Facilitate access to drinking water ? Improve the living conditions of the population.

Planned activities: Extension of a water supply pipe with a length of 600m, Installation of two (02) public standpipes Construction of 25 latrines in concessions Purchase of equipment for waste disposal Campaigns for human investment.

Expected Results: People have a better access to drinking water The living conditions are partly improved (construction of latrines, support of means for a good waste disposal system), strengthening of the financial capacity of women

Output indicators: Realisation of the water supply; Existence of two new public standpipes; Construction of 25 latrines; Existence of equipment for waste disposal; Campaigns for organized investment; Number of campaigns organized for human investment.
