Description
The Project is the continuation of a series of previously implemented and completed projects in the field of Hydrometeorology, which have been implemented under the support of the Swiss State Secretariat for Economy (SECO) and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) since 1995.
The main objective of the previous projects was to improve the institutional, technical and human capacities of hydro-meteorological services in the Aral Sea basin.
