Description
The project aims at raising awareness of the local community of the Bamako district to mitigate pollution of the River Niger through the following activities:
- Organizing a workshop for dialogue and exchange on the issue of pollution
- IEC
- Strengthening capacity of actors
- Environmental education training for teachers and advisers of the Academy
- Dissemination of texts and convention on pollution and nuisances
- Development bank
- Simple and effective promotion measures and remediation technologies
- Implementation of a consultant framework
- Establishment of a local management committee
