Background & Experience	Dr. Benli received his B.Sc. on Irrigation Engineering and Ph.D. on Irrıgation and Water Management from Ankara University. Furthermore, he also completed a Post-Graduate Specialization Diploma from CHIEAM-IAMM Montpellier, France. His previous assignements were as project coordinator of Water Benchmarks of West Asia and North Africa Project with International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA) and as researcher with Ankara Research Institute of Rural Affairs. Hence, he has a wide experience in countries such as Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Syria, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Sudan, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. During his academic and reserch carrier, Dr. Benli published several articles in Science Citation Index Journals, chapters in books, and participated/presented his research results in several international meetings.
