This publication is an attempt to fill in the gap in IWRM literature which does not adequately cover the link between the structure of Global Water Governance and the role of Global Networks in the process of Knowledge Management and its application. We argue in the paper that the perspective of Global Networks and the Policy Transfer is the powerful tool to analyze and improve the current processes of IWRM application all over the globe.
