Description :

The Irrigation Development Project aims at enhancing the profitability, and sustainability of irrigated agriculture, providing the basis for stabilizing irrigated agriculture as a predominant source of productive employment. The project components will: 1) support the rehabilitation of critical irrigation structures, by upgrading primary canal structures, and sections in deficient state, but critical for the effective operation of major irrigation water conveyance infrastructure systems.
