The ToolBox aims to help you - decision makers and practitioners - to put together policy packages for sustainable water resources management. The ToolBox draws together experience and shares knowledge in implementing IWRM, worldwide.

References, organizations, resource persons and relevant websites are provided for each set of tools, and it is designed to be continually updated and evolving with feedback from its users. The ToolBox offers experience with three sets of tools: the enabling environment policies, legislation, finance and incentive structures; institutional roles organizational frameworks and institutional capacity building; management instruments =96 water resource assessments; plans for IWRM; demand management; conflict resolution; social change, regulatory, and economic instruments; and information management and exchange.
