Summary
This report presents an assessment of the key development results in Ukraine in the last five to seven years, focusing on the contribution the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has made towards them. The introduction of results-based management in UNDP has created a demand for objective and independent Assessments of Development Results (ADR) in developing partner countries, and to discern how UNDP may have contributed to achieving them.
