Summary

The Assessment of Development Results (ADR) is an independent evaluation that aims to capture and demonstrate evaluative evidence of UNDP’s contributions to development results at the country level. A key objective is to find out if UNDP is doing the right things and doing them well.This report assesses UNDP’s performance and experience in Bulgaria since 1997. It looks at the results in relation to the country’s key challenges and shares the lessons learned from UNDP’s conributions to development . The report also responds to UNDP’s improved Monitoring and Evaluation system to manage results and increase the opport unity to learn more effectively from experience at every level.
