Description | The aim of the International Water Forum in Minsk is to fill the gap between practice, science, policy and decision making by the identification of sustainable solutions for transboundary water resources governance. International Water Forum will be held in the frames of the UN Decade "Water for Life" and towards the 4th World Water Forum in Mexico City 2006. Forum will attract the interest of many of our colleagues around the world and will continue to update the international scientific community.
