Description
The project comprises an IDA loan to finance irrigation and drainage improvement investments, support to rural enterprises and TA. The objective of the Swiss TA co-financing is to strengthen a demand based water management by means of strengthening Water User Associations and reforming water management across all levels of the water management hierarchy as well as to improve water productivity at plot level. Service area 240’000 ha.
