- Dessi is responsible for coordinating proposals and initiatives aimed to streamline knowledge management environment and culture supported by UNDP Bratislava Regional Centre. She is a Bulgarian national who has worked for 3 years as a research assistant on issues related to Democratic Governance in the Balkans, Caucasus and Central Asia. She holds MA degree from College of Europe/Brugge-Natolin (thesis dedicated to geopolitical stakes in Central Asia and their importance for the EU) and a degree in International Relations from the Law School of the University of Sofia.
