Description
The objective of the project is to improve agricultural and water productivity through rehabilitation and upgrading of pump irrigation schemes (ADB) and by strengthening a demand based water management by means of strengthening Water User Associations and reforming water management across all levels of the water management hierarchy as well as to improve water productivity at plot level (Swiss TA). Service area 65’000 ha.
