Description

Institutional strengthening for entrepreneurial management (capacity building, management of aqueducts, business modernization, monitoring) and planning in the water supply and basic sanitation sector. At the endof the project the objective is to have departamental (state) and municipal water plans for the country, as a basis for improving coverage and efficiency in provision of the service.
