Basic concept	During a first pilot phase of approx. 3 years (2006-2009; extendable upon success), SNS bank is planning to invest 30 Mio. EURO (loans) in elected sites/projects in Europe & CIS. In a later stage, bankable sites and projects will be identified on a global level.
